  • Served as stage manager for 16 productions, including the Teen Summer Musical at the Janet & Ray Scherr Forum Theatre at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza (330 seats)

  • Assistant Stage Manager in 2011 for the Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum’s Rose Cottages at their outdoor amphitheater in Topanga (299 seats)
  • Assistant Stage Manager in 2008 for Cabrillo Music Theatre’s The King and I at the Fred Kavli Theatre at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza (1,800 seats)
  • Stage Manager in 2009 for Living Room Tour with cARTel: Collaborative Arts LA, which toured throughout Southern California for 3 weeks (12-35 seats)

1/2011-Present Hillcrest Center for the Arts, Conejo Recreation & Park District

  • As Box Office Manager, helped sell out several shows and increase ticket sales for community theatre productions
  • As Associate Producer, organized marketing and development for the Young Artists Ensemble, Conejo Valley’s premier youth theatre company. Worked with Producer Megan McDonough to raise thousands of dollars in donations each year.

1/2011-12/2011 Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum

  • More than doubled than number of Facebook fans on their page
  • Managed budget for all advertising and promotional activities. Convinced advertisers to keep us at 2010 rates even though they were increasing rates for other clients. By the end of the year, I came in $8 under budget.

9/2008-12/2010 Cabrillo Music Theatre

  • As Director of Special Projects, organized grant deadlines and proposals and helped to coordinate corporate sponsorships
  • Oversaw outreach programs to the community, including the successfully creation of The Animal Rescue Project, which raised thousands of dollars for animal rescue organizations in 2009
  • Provided administrative report for senior staff, including letter and memo writing for President/CEO
